Returns & Refund Policy — The Union Collection

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

🔄 Return Window

UK & Rest of World: 30 days from the date of delivery
European Union: 14 days from the date of delivery (in line with EU consumer rights)

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are not eligible for return:

Items returned outside the stated window
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Custom or personalised print-on-demand items (unless faulty or incorrect)

🖨️ Print-on-Demand Orders

As many of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on print-on-demand items. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund — please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

📋 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@theunioncollection.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for authorisation — do not send items back without prior approval
Once approved, you'll receive return instructions
Ship the item back using a tracked service (return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty)

💷 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
Original shipping costs are non-refundableunless the return is due to our error
